Ivan the Terrible

Whoaa! This is one of the finest progressive animations I’ve seen in my day. Clean colors and groovy song. Love all the tentacle animations. Overall cool concept and execution.

This short is quite simply brilliant due to its originality. It’s got a nice mixture of animation and live action. I’m glad to see there are still original ideas in this world, now I’ve got to go think of mine.

I’ve never seen such beautifully styled 3D. The watercolor look really fits nicely with the story and music.

This is overwhelmingly awesome! I haven’t looked at much 3D stuff lately, but damn did this blow me away. Literally (yes I know, cheesy!). I would have to say my favorite part was when the bridge gets blown up. Alright I gotta watch it one more time.

I’m a huge fan of animated type. This is a brilliant marriage of upbeat music and bright colors to illustrate a point. A bit fast paced but the beat of the music demands it. Did I mention how much I love the colors? So good!

Amazing stop motion piece. I love the geometric shapes of some of the elements. Simple story but the aesthetic quality is incredible.

At first I thought this was done in After Effects, but as the video progressed it revealed itself as a 3D piece. The song is quite catchy. Amazing visuals.
